We invite you to come stay with us in the Snowy Mountains, or gift someone who has everything a beautiful escape to the high-country of Australia,  staying with us at our small 15 room bed and breakfast in Jindabyne - the heart of the Snowy Mountains.

Stay includes breakfast, a free bottle of wine PLUS a mini Botanical Trader Retreat Pack in the room - to really help unwind, relax and enjoy our beautiful alpine region.

2 Night Stay + Retreat Package – Included is a luxe relax hamper with lavender eye mask, hand-made chocolates, organic products, and a selection of other goodies and surprises to ensure total bliss and chill-out time.

2 Night Stay + Explore Package – Includes a generous high country hamper filled with local produce and gourmet foodie goodies. There is also get a picnic grazing box to take the following day when exploring the abundance of nature, hikes, swimming spots or bike tracks. PLUS  a free explorers pack which includes a selection of walking maps, hand-picked picnic spots and directions to secret vistas.

2 Night Romance Package -  Guest will be welcomed with a bottle of locally grown wine, hand-made chocolates, chocolate covered strawberries, a high country platter and a big bunch of flowers.  

How it works:

You buy it online, we will gift wrap it, attach a special note from you and post it out. The recipient of the gift card will be able to redeem it by calling The Jindy Inn on 02 6456 1957 or emailing reception at Gift giving couldn't get much easier.

Gift cards are delivered by Australia Post to the shipping address you put in during the check-out process. Please type your message that you want included with the gift card within the notes area of the check-out.

- gift cards are non-refundable

- any extra money left on the gift card after booking and redeeming accommodation will be put towards a room credit which can be used for a deposit for a future stay,  to purchase drinks or bar snacks, or alternatively purchase some botanical trader, regional maps or guide books in our shop at Jindy Inn reception

- gift cards can be transferred to another recipient

- the gift cards are valid for 2 years from date of purchase

Before our products are shipped each item is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. All parcels are shipped with tracking via Australia Post to ensure that your purchase is delivered as quickly and as safely as possible.


Shipping charges are calculated within the shopping cart. Simply add a product to your shopping cart and select your destination.

Your shipping price and approximate delivery timeframe will be displayed. Shipping is calculated at the end of your transaction. There is free shipping on orders over $40 Australia -wide

Botanical Trader processes shipping orders Monday-Friday, from 9:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We are happy to offer a refund on items that are unopened and unused. These must be returned with your proof of purchase and sent in the original condition, ie packaging sealed and intact. We recommend using a box rather than a post bag to ensure safe delivery.

Please enclose a note of explanation for your return and allow up to 14 days processing time. Please note that unreasonable and excessive returns may be declined at our discretion.

Please also note that you are required to pay for all postage - if your refund is approved you will only be refunded the purchase price of the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then a refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment.

TIME DELAY ON REFUNDS: We do our best to process the refund the day we email you to advise that you have been approved for a refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please wait at least 14 working days then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed  - as it first goes through Shopify before being handed over to your bank. .

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our customer service team at

SALE ITEMS: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

DAMAGED GOODS: On the rare occasion that an item arrives broken or faulty, please email us a photograph and proof of purchase within 7 days of receipt to and we will arrange a replacement for you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $40. All orders are shipped via domestic ground transport with Australia Post. We endeavour to process all orders within 1-3 business days and will notify you with an estimated handling time if there are expected delays. Estimated delivery time frame is 3-10 business days from the date of processing. Tracking is provided in your dispatch email in case the post man runs a little late. W.A and N.T residents please note it may take a little longer to get to you. 

Estimated delivery time frame is 5-10 business days from the date of order processing. Tracking is provided on all international orders.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

If your parcel is visibly damaged or does not contain the contents you ordered, please retain the package in your possession and notify us via email so that we may resolve the problem. You can email us at

Occasionally, an item will go out of stock before an order is assembled. In this event, you will be refunded for the out of stock item.
