We have opened up our home in The Snowy Mountains Australia and invite you to give someone the gift of clean mountain air, pristine nature and the healing practice of yoga and self-care. The retreat, and its healing space provides a journey that truly can be life-changing for so many who attend.

A gift certificate for a yoga and wellness retreat is truly a thoughtful way to show how much you appreciate someone. The retreats are all-inclusive, including 3 plant-based meals a day, accommodation, yoga twice daily, meditation and daily healing workshops. They are hosted by The OM Collective, which is our sister company. Claire is the founder of Botanical Trader and The OM Collective, and many of the yoga classes on the retreats are led by Claire herself who is a qualified yoga teacher.

The OM Collective mostly do yoga and wellness retreats based in Jindabyne, the heart of the Snowy Mountains Australia, however from time to time they open up retreats in other beautiful locations. The gift certificate can be used towards any yoga retreat available online at The OM Collective - however if the retreats are more expensive than our standard Snowy Mountains Retreat the gift recipient will just have to pay the difference.

How it works:

You buy it online, we will gift wrap it, attach a special note from you and post it out. The recipient of the gift certificate will be able to redeem it online for any yoga retreat hosted by Claire and The OM Collective. Gift giving couldn't get much easier.

Gift cards are delivered by Australia Post to the shipping address you put in during the check-out process. Please type your message that you want included with the gift card within the notes area of the check-out. Best of all our Gift cards have no expiry date or additional processing fees.

* Gift card conditions:

- gift cards are non-refundable

- gift cards can be transferred to another recipient

- the gift cards are based on our retreat prices for the Snowy Mountains. If the recipient of gift card wants to book one of our retreats that we host in another location then prices may be more expensive for that location so they will be required to pay the difference at time of booking.

-if the recipient takes to long to redeem the gift card then prices may go up for the Snowy Mountain Retreats and they will be required to top up the difference.

Before our products are shipped each item is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. All parcels are shipped with tracking via Australia Post to ensure that your purchase is delivered as quickly and as safely as possible.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated within the shopping cart. Simply add a product to your shopping cart and select your destination.

Your shipping price and approximate delivery timeframe will be displayed. Shipping is calculated at the end of your transaction. There is free shipping on orders over $40 Australia -wide

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE PROCESSED

Botanical Trader processes shipping orders Monday-Friday, from 9:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.

RETURNS 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We are happy to offer a refund on items that are unopened and unused. These must be returned with your proof of purchase and sent in the original condition, ie packaging sealed and intact. We recommend using a box rather than a post bag to ensure safe delivery.

Please enclose a note of explanation for your return and allow up to 14 days processing time. Please note that unreasonable and excessive returns may be declined at our discretion.

Please also note that you are required to pay for all postage - if your refund is approved you will only be refunded the purchase price of the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then a refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment.

TIME DELAY ON REFUNDS: We do our best to process the refund the day we email you to advise that you have been approved for a refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please wait at least 14 working days then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed  - as it first goes through Shopify before being handed over to your bank. .

SALE ITEMS: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

DAMAGED GOODS: On the rare occasion that an item arrives broken or faulty, please email us a photograph and proof of purchase within 7 days of receipt to claireandteam@botanicaltrader.com and we will arrange a replacement for you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $40. All orders are shipped via domestic ground transport with Australia Post. We endeavour to process all orders within 1-3 business days and will notify you with an estimated handling time if there are expected delays. Estimated delivery time frame is 3-10 business days from the date of processing. Tracking is provided in your dispatch email in case the post man runs a little late. W.A and N.T residents please note it may take a little longer to get to you. 

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE: 
Estimated delivery time frame is 5-10 business days from the date of order processing. Tracking is provided on all international orders.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
If your parcel is visibly damaged or does not contain the contents you ordered, please retain the package in your possession and notify us via email so that we may resolve the problem. You can email us at claireandteam@botanicaltrader.com

Occasionally, an item will go out of stock before an order is assembled. In this event, you will be refunded for the out of stock item.
