We are proud to create Breathe Easy Aromatherapy Mist which is a go-to remedy for coughs, flus, colds, sinus, allergies and anxiety attacks. Purifying essential oils of eucalyptus, rosemary, peppermint, lemon and pine warm the chest, purify the respiratory system, open up the air-ways, help with decongestion and will support you in breathing freely.

A gentle and healing elixir made entirely from natural ingredients that is refreshing, cleansing and purifying.

Eucalyptus: Opens up the air-ways and is a natural antiseptic and disinfectant  

Pine: Clears and purifies the airways

Lemon: Relaxes the mind and helps relax and soothe the muscles of the throat

Rosemary: Calming + grounding, great for stress + anxiety

Distilled Spring-fed Water Infused With Australian Wildflowers, Native Flowers, Leaves, Herbs + Bark, Eucalyptus Globulus (Eucalyptus), Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary), Mentha Piperita (Peppermint), Citrus Limonum (Lemon),Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender Oil), Cedrus Atlantica Bark Oil* (Cedarwood), Pinus sylvestris (Pine), Australian Sea Salt, Cocoyl Proline

THE APOTHECARY FORMULA:

The base of this aromatherapy body mist starts with a botanical infused water which is mindfully hand-crafted using spring-fed alpine water that has been infused with Australian bush-flowers, wildflowers, leaves and bark that have been either wild-crafted from the Snowy Mountains Region or harvested from our garden. 

The botanical infused water is then hand-blended with the essential oils, creating an apothecary formula that is attuned with the healing vibration of nature.

The combination of essential oils and plant extracts steeped in a botanical infused water, realigns you with nature and activates holistic healing for the mind, body + soul.

THE RITUAL:

With loving intention spray from the crown of your head and gently move down towards your heart - slowly breathe in, relax and feel your body and chest open up. Surrender, trust and allow yourself to heal.

The warmth of your skin will release the aroma from the natural oils and unlock the healing properties of this botanical remedy. Always patch test before use and in the rare event irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
